For any information about booking on to one of our events, arranging a private/corporate event or to ask about readings, please contact a member of the team.
On all of our bookings, any information we receive from you will be secure and private. We will need to take your name, address, email etc- this is to secure your booking. We do not share any of your information with a third party.
If we have to cancel an event for any reason we will always give you as much notice as possible. If this is ever the case we will offer you a full refund or move your booking to another event of your choice within reason.
It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure you are able to make the date and time of the event. We will not refund you if you are late or cannot make it. We pay locations in advance and we are liable for these costs even if you cannot attend. All payments are non refundable and non transferable. If you have paid a deposit this will secure your place on the event but your balance must be paid in full up to 4 weeks before the event date. If the balance of the payment is not received, then we have the right to re-sell your ticket and retain any deposits made with us.
